CanAnybodyDoThis.ie is a website where you can find people to do your quirky, unusual or one off jobs where you would otherwise struggle to find the right person or it would be very costly to do so.
Posting a Job
- CanAnybodyDoThis.ie allows people to post an advert for any one off job, task or vacancy, of any description. All you have to do, is register your details and complete the required job details, making sure you give a good detailed description of the job and the person you are looking for.
- Personal details will not appear on the website and will only be shown to people wishing to speak to you about the job. Your job will appear live on the website in the category or categories you selected for everyone to view and respond to. You look at your responses and decide, based on price, experience, locality and any other important factors, which person you would like.
Adding your Service
- CanAnybodyDoThis.ie allows service providers and anybody looking for the odd bit of work to search for suitable jobs in an easy and quick way. Simply search the list of available jobs to see what is available. You can narrow down your search using the search facility (keyword search or search by category)
- To see more details of any job you need to register. This involves completing all your details and paying the fee (introductory fee of 2euros/month).
- If you have a particular skill or area of interest then you can sign up to be alerted by email when a job of interest comes onto the site. This is all included in the registration fee. As well as this we will promote your services through the media which will encourage people to request your services.
- Once registered we will send you the details of that job including the contact details.
- Whilst registered you get unlimited access to job details.
You can register when you complete your first job posting details, or when expressing interest in your first job. Alternatively you can click login. You will need to be registered to Post or Reply to ads.
No, anyone can look at the site and browse through the jobs but you will need to register before you can post or reply to ads. When you have registered, for your records, an email containing your user name and password details will be sent to you.
Click on the 'forgot your username or password' button and the details will be emailed to you.
A Supplier Profile will automatically be created when you register your details on the site. You can view and adjust these details by clicking on My Account and selecting Edit Profile.
All job postings are free! You simply click on 'Post an Advert' and register your details and the job details. Make sure you give as much detail as necessary to find the right person. You can place the job into a category (or categories) and add keyword tags to help people searching for jobs find your job easier.
Your job will remain in the system for two months.
By clicking on the Can Anybody Do This? button your advert will go live on the Jobs Board.
Please note - For security reasons it can take up to 4 hours for a new posting to appear on the website.
Yes absolutely. Every registered user has a profile page containing all their details, including personal details of skills offered. This can be accessed and amended at any time. You can also see all your postings and if required, reactivate any inactive ones. This makes it simple and easy to make repeat job adverts.
Yes. On your personal page, you can click on the job you wish to post again and simply click to make it go live again.
As all transactions take place between yourself and the supplier it is up to the 2 of you to decide what the price shall be. Because of the low overhead costs of using CanAnybodyDoThis.ie it allows suppliers to reduce their fees and give you a more competitive price than if you went through a directory or business direct.
To see all the jobs available click 'View Jobs'. You can use the search facility to narrow down your search by category, location, price and date to make it easier for you to use. You can also search using tag words.
When you see a job you would like, click "View". If you have not registered you will need to complete the registration details before you can reply to any adverts. On your registration page you can select any services you wish to offer. Once registered and your fee paid you will then be sent further details, including contact details, of the job you are interested in. Whilst registered you get unlimited access to job details. When you have the details you can then contact the person yourself to offer your services.
Once registered you will then automatically be alerted by email if any jobs that are of interest to you are posted.
It is absolutely free to post a job. To reply to any jobs, you need to register and this costs just 2 euros a month (introductory offer) included in your registration fee is unlimited access to available jobs and email alerts when a relevant jobs are posted. Also included is free promotion of your skills which will attractpeople to request your services.
CanAnybodyDoThis.ie uses PayPal, the award winning secure payment system.
